I’m Joe, Founder and Editor at Homestead Horizon.

Although I do not yet have a full-fledged homestead of my own, over the last few years I have been transforming my small back garden into a thriving permaculture set-up. My dream is to one day own a fully developed homestead, whether near my home here in the UK or elsewhere in Europe. I have gathered invaluable insights and knowledge on homesteading from my own hands on experience over the years, as well as many books, forums, and content creators including conversations with likeminded individuals from all walks of life.
